What is the role?
Alvorada is a pricing methodology used to support Franchise(d) WorkShop (FWS)/Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEMs,) bulk sales through Indirect Channel, large sales through x-docking operations and service fee agreements for Heavy Industry/Local Core customers.
As part of the Lubricants Sales and Marketing team, the Alvorada Coordinator is responsible to ensure the effectiveness and consistency throughout the Alvorada Business process.
This person is also expected to work together with Pricing and Sales teams to find creative ways to leverage Alvorada methodology to a next level and extract maximum value from that. This role will be responsible to coach and develop the Alvorada Analyst and work in close collaboration with other supporting areas. Organization and discipline are fundamental to keep all contracts up to date.

We advise that this job position is directly affected by the sale of Shell’s lubricants business unit, so is most likely that this position will be transferred to Raizen in the first half of 2022, or at a later date, according to the pending regulatory authorizations.
